Leong Pak Sang established Sang Yoon Soy Sauce Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and started his entrepreneurial road
Knowing there is a hor fun factory to be let go, Pak Sang took over the business. After the acquisition of the hor fun factory, the business evolved from soy sauce manufacturer to soy sauce and hor fun manufacturer
Leong Seng Yoon decided to go to Hong Kong to learn pastry making skills. After he came back from Hong Kong, he introduced Hong Kong delicacies to local market and started to produce his own lotus seeds pastes fillings
Seng Yoon had successfully introduced Pandan Paste into the local market and within few years, it become notable in South East Asia
Seng Yoon established Leong Yin Pastry and advance machineries had been brought in, replacing those of man-powered manual processes to cope with greater demand from customers
Leong Kok Fei discovered the market potential of HALAL food and started to produce mooncake without the use of lard
2008 2010 2011 2013 2014 2015
Kok Fei had succeeded in gaining HALAL standards accreditation and others such as HACCP, GMP, ISO22000:2005 Food Safety Management System certification.
Leong Yin Pastry Sdn Bhd had won over other mooncake brands in China with its White Lotus Mooncake and Pandan Mooncake

In the same year, White Coffee Paste also won the Chinese Famous Mooncake Brand tasting products industry benchmarking

Leong Yin Pastry Sdn Bhd won the Malaysian Power Brand Award in year 2011
Kok Fei successfully won the Asia Entrepreneur of the year Entrepreneur Spirit Award in year 2013
Leong Yin Pastry Sdn Bhd obtained MeSTI certification

Kok Fei also won the 2014 Malaysian International Creative Young Entrepreneur Award

Up till now, Leong Yin Pastry Sdn Bhd had succeeded in serving both regional and multinational clientele which includes Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine, U.S., Australia, U.K. and Middle East.
